3.  Saving Properties - This really is a great feature.  If you register on the site and save a property, we will send you an automatic update if the price changes on your saved property.  You can easily save and delete properties once you are registered.

4.  Saving Searches - Saving Searches is one of the best features of the site.  Click on Create Custom Email Updates on New Listings and Price Changes any time and you can create your own custom search.  The system will automatically update you when a new listing pops up within your specific criteria.  You can also modify, add, and delete your saved searches.  This has helped so many people find a great deal and it is a great way to stay up to speed on your neighborhood.  It really is an amazing tool.

6.  Quick Search Box - There is a quick search box on the HOME PAGE.  At any time you can navigate to the home page and type in a listing ID/MLS number, Address or Street Name, City, or Zip.  This can really come in handy when searching.

When I became the broker-owner for Mainsail Realty, I knew that my focus was going to be the internet.  I love computers and understand software.  I got my first computer when I was 10 years old (early eighties, a commodore vic20).  I also was the first kid on the block to have an AOL account.  I decided that I would make it my goal to offer the Best Real Estate Web Site on the Emerald Coast.  I know there are some sites that may be prettier but my goal is always to focus on functionality and ease of use.  I did things like;  No info requirements to search,  easy search links, and custom email updates.   There is also info on me and Mainsail on our About Us Page and our Testimonials, but the main focus of the site is the Real Estate Search.  My main areas of focus are Destin, Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, South Walton, and 30A.  If you are looking to buy or sell in these areas you will find great information on this site.  If you need more detailed info like recent sales, HOA, and tax data;  please request more info on the site or email your questions to BrokerClayton@gmail.com.
