ABOUT THE PROJECTS LOCATED WITHIN TOPS'L RESORT
TOPS"L BEACH MANOR is a Beachfront condo project within Tops'l Resort and it was the first Tower to be completed in 1986. Beach Manor is located on the Southeastern section of the resort and it sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The views from Beach Manor are spectacular.
THE TIDES AT TOPS'L is considered Gulf Front. The condo project features direct gulf facing views and Western views (with some obstruction) over Sandestin Resort. The direct gulf view condos overlook the pool and sell at a premium. The views in the Western facing condos improve at the higher levels.
THE SUMMIT is a gulf view condo project located about 1/4 of a mile from the gulf of Mexico and the beach front pool. Condos located on the higher floors have excellent gulf views.
TOPS'L TENNIS VILLAGE consists of town home style condominiums located on the Northern most section of the property. It is near the North pool, tennis center, and work out facilities.
SIERRA DUNES Is housing community located in the Tops'l Resort. The small community consists of 16 homes categorized as Detached Single Family. The homes were built in the mid to late 90s.
CAPTIVA AT TOPS'L is a townhouse community located within the resort. The homes in Captiva are classified as attached single unit (ASU).
GRAND VILLAS AT TOPS'L BEACH CLUB is a new luxury housing development located within the resort near the main gate. There are a total of 15 homes and they completely sold out pre-construction. We hope to see some re-sales hit the market very soon.

The Summit in Tops'l (pictured below) is the furthest tower from the Beach, but the views from many of the upper level condos are spectacular and the walk to the beach is short.
In Tops'l each tower has its own private pool. There is also a main beachfront pool that is available to Tops'l club members. The photo below shows the Tides pool and the pool that is available to the members of the Tops'l Club.
