Clayton Bonjean is a an outstanding real estate professional. We purchased our first home in Miramar Beach from Clayton in 2014. We flew in from out of State and he worked with us for several days until we found the perfect home for us. Clayton knows the market really well, but more important, Clayton is a great listener and did a great job of finding exactly what we wanted. After Hurricane Michael, Clayton told us he would check on our home in Sandestin, because we were worried about it from thousands of miles away. We didn't ask him to, but Clayton made a video of our home so we could see that it was ok. Who does that? Clayton, that's who. After 5 years our needs changed and we contacted Clayton to sell our home. This time we were on the other side of the table, asking him to find a buyer for us. Clayton went the extra mile several times. He met with the Sandestin Owners Association to solve a problem for us. He worked with two contractors for us, and checked their work since we were out of town. When things did not go the way we had hoped in one instance, he met with the contractor and made sure the work was done correctly. Then he found a buyer for our home and was able to get a great price for it. After selling our home, we flew in again to look at another home, and Clayton was able to find us a new build home in Watersound Origins that once again we are in love with. We cannot say enough about Clayton Bonjean and his organization Mainsail Realty. His assistant Ginny is very efficient, helping us at every point in the contract process to know what we need to do next. One thing I have learned over the years of buying and selling real estate is that the amount of money you pay for just about every real estate agent is pretty much the same, but the quality of the agents vary greatly.
