**All buyers' agents must have written Buyers' Agreements signed by their customers prior to showings or any negotiations.  Virtual showings also require a signed Buyer's Agreement.  Mainsail Realty will not police this, as that is the job of the Emerald Coast Assocation of Realtors.  Please do not send us your agreements;  we are not a party to them.
