30A Rental Restricted Neighborhoods

Rental restricted communities are a great place for primary residence owners and 2nd home owners who do not wish to rent out short term.  There are a hand full of communities on 30A that prohibit short term - weekly rentals.  Please verify this information as a rental restriction can be removed with a vote by the home owners association and rules can change.  Most rental restricted communities will allow long term rentals ranging anywhere from 3 months to 1 year.
